Welcome to the Bonk Hard Chill, Missouri's popular winter adventure race! Can you handle the elements? The cold?
Do you have what it takes to finish? Grab a partner and test your skills on March 13th as teams of two and four battle through
12-Hours of adventure racing in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks landscape. Start your season off right with an adventure in the heart of winter!
WHAT: Up to 12-hours of continuous mountain biking, paddling, running, trekking and orienteering!
WHERE: The Bonk Hard Chill will take place at
Lake of the Ozarks State Park, near Osage Beach, Missouri.

FORMAT: 2-person and 4-person teams (male, female, co-ed)

Adventure Racing Series. Become a part of this exciting new Series and race to compete at the National Championships in October!
